Shipping Fee for International Deliveries Please note that an international handling fee of DKK 200 will be charged. This covers packaging, handling, and labor costs. The actual shipping fee will be added on top of this amount. Valuable items such as laptops, jewelry, etc., which must be sent with a tracking number, may incur additional costs |

Lost Property Request

Storage Period Lost items are stored for up to four weeks without liability. After that, they will be donated to charitable organizations. Valuable items will be handed over to the police's lost and found office if we are unable to locate the rightful owner. |

Shipping Process We will send you our IBAN number for payment. Once payment has been received, we will dispatch your item. Please note that delivery can take up to 10 working days. For international shipments, delivery may take longer. All shipments are sent at the recipient’s own risk. |
